Depending on if your tickets are directed to an external platform (i.e. Ticketmaster, Patron Manager) then the transition is just as easy as linking to each individual event.
If your site is currently integrated with a ticketing system it is still possible but will require verification before switching. -
I offer both full re-design packages, designs from spec provided by your graphic designer, or a style mimic from your current site. Pricing varies based on complexity of the design.
For site mimics, while most styles and layouts are perfectly possible with built-in Squarespace tools and/or custom code, some layouts may need to be adapted in order to keep costs and functionality within acceptable limits. -
Most smaller to medium-size sites can be built/transferred within 2-3 months. The go-live date can be strategically planned for a time of less activity and can be done to minimize downtime.

Pricing varies due to size of website, amount of events/pages, complexity of design, type of CRM integration, and other custom needs as determined by the client. Many basic smaller sites can be built for less than $2000 while mid-size sites usually cost anywhere around $4000 to $7000. Note this does not include the annual cost of a Squarespace hosting plan which runs between $200 and $400 annually based on the plan that fits your needs.

Yes, it is possible to get a new website for less money than you likely spent on your most recent print advertising campaign. Plus an updated website with easier navigation has proven to be one of the most effective ways to boost revenue.

Quite possibly yes! If you have team members with the bandwidth and some web design knowledge you should absolutely consider this path. In fact, I am always happy to give some advice and consultation on encouraging organizations to make the switch.
That being said most performing arts organization admin teams are stretched to capacity and many simply don’t have the time to devote to setting up a new website.

Yes I do! I have worked extensively with Wix and Wordpress sites. However, over the years I have come to consistently recommend Squarespace as a platform that is easiest for clients to continue to maintain and update after launch.
Pricing for Wix and Wordpress sites will vary and will likely be higher due to added development time on those platforms.
